The rooms are high-class and functional with great view as well as decent sized bath. The hotel has a perfect and excellent location, right next to an Eastern temple. It is located walking distance to restaurants and cafés. The venue is walking distance to a tube station.

Liked to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and wonderful, the location was favourable to bus lines into downtown Kawaramachi. We had great-sized room with extremely comfy pillows and bed. The bathroom we had was spacious. The stay was very comfortable.

Everything was good, personnel was amazingly nice. The hotel had a good and absolutely perfect location steps away from Aqua Fantasy. It was located nearby a bus stop giving access to many Kyoto attractions.

This hotel was perfect for our needs as it was located within walking distance to both the Kyoto Station and the center of town. We could easily explore the shopping and tourist spots, and also catch trains to nearby cities. The rooms were surprisingly roomier than other hotels we've stayed in, which was great for us as Western travelers. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel had a modern design and the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of options, although it could have used a bit more fruit and items suitable for vegetarians.
No improvement needed, everything was just right.

Place was absolutely fantastic, truly enjoyed the stay.
The place was clean with pretty friendly and exceptionally nice staff members. My room was functional and compact, had feather pillows. It had an extremely comfy bed and included a clean bathroom a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet.
